The original Melee won a Tour de France stage in its debut year with Team TotalEnergies. The second generation, launched September 2026, is a sharper race bike: a 791g frame, 7.5% less frontal area and a claimed 17 watts faster than the bike it replaces. The full chassis — frame, fork, headset, seatpost, thru-axles and UDH hanger — weighs 1,442g.
The 791g frame is developed in CFD and the wind tunnel, with tube shapes specifically tuned to complement ENVE’s SES wheel profiles. The result is a bike that’s aero-efficient down to 32 km/h — where most riders actually spend their time, not just at 48 km/h where other brands test. Threaded BSA bottom bracket, UDH hanger, 33mm tyre clearance, and five fork rakes across seven sizes ensure every rider gets the same responsive handling. Pairs with the new ENVE SES Aero Road Bar.
